| The Public Part of ISB Portal, as it follows from the title, is accessible and available to all users without limitation. Users do not need to be registered. The Private Area of ISB is designed, in particular, for the officials of state authorities, issuers, notaries, dealers and other subjects. Those wishing to have access to the Private Area must be registered as ISB clients. |
