On 30 March 2010, the Ministry of Finance and the Central Securities Depository Prague Company (hereinafter "the CSD Prague“) approved the document "Project of the SCP Records Transfer“ (hereinafter "the Project“), following the contract on the SCP records transfer, concluded on 8 December 2009 and , among others, confirming the deadline of the transfer of the SCP records to the CSD Prague at the beginning of July this year. In connection with that it was also agreed to transfer the ISB Portal in favour of CSD Prague, what enables CSD Prague to maintain the same level of services to ISB Portal current services.
