ISB registration procedure is composed of the following steps:

1. Acquiring of a digital commercial certificate
   Central Securities Depository Prague accepts digital commercial certificates (file in PEM format) issued by the respective certification authority (I.CA or Czech Post). The certificate must be valid and must not be registered on the List of invalid certificates. Commercial certificates can be rendered to a legal entity, an employee or a natural person.



2. Filling in and sending the registration form
   The registration form can be downloaded on webpage of Central Securities Depository Prague:

   It is necessary to fill in primary data of the customer including an identification of one or more persons who will have access to ISB (persons to whom the certificates have been rendered). Filled in form can be sent via e-mail to the address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
   
   If you need access to section General Information only, it is sufficient to send the filled in registration form and the certificate to the e-mail address mentioned above.
   
   If you need access to section Private Information it is necessary for a legal entity (issuers etc.) to verify the signature of persons acting on behalf of legal entity by a notary. In the case the person is not listed in the Commercial Register, applicant must submit a power of attorney which authorizes this person to act on behalf of the legal entity (company). For the registration of a natural person it is necessary to submit Personal Identity Card or Passport.
   In the registration form must be filled the serial number of the certificate otherwise the certificate (file in PEM format) must be sent together with registration form to the e-mail address mentioned above.



3. Registration and Access to the ISB Area
   It is possible to log in to the ISB Private Area immediately after the successful registration. The client will be informed about the successful registration by an e-mail.
