You have opened the Public Part of the ISB Portal. This part of the ISB Portal offers to you a number of information items that are freely available to all users with no registration required. Here you may obtain information about the ISB project, about the structure of the ISB project, about the manner of providing services as well as about the relating prices in case such services are in the category of those provided for remuneration.
Free Services in the Public Part of the ISB Portal provide information for surveying in the field or downloading (e.g., a list of booked issues of securities, a list of issuers, as well as other information items published by the CSD Prague from its own registers).
The Private Area of the Portal contains two categories of paid services, i.e., the services for the provision of which the customer is obligated to pay either the commercial price or recover the factual expenses for single services. The users of services available in this field of the ISB Portal send their requests into the ISB system through their internet scanners and secured communication by means of installed certificates. The first category of paid services involves General Information, which information may be obtained by any user registered as an ISB client. The second category of paid services involves Information for Selected Subjects such as notaries, executory staff or bailiffs, the Czech National Bank, Revenue Offices, etc. The availability of the information as above is limited for reasons of restrictions concerning the user profile, i.e., each user, or a group of users, shall only have access to defined information fields or to defined services contained in the mentioned category.

Proces registrace v informačním portálu ISB se skládá z následujících kroků:
- Získání digitálního komerčního certifikátu
Centrální depozitář cenných papírů akceptuje digitální komerční certifikáty (soubor ve formátu PEM) vydané certifikační autoritou I.CA nebo Česká pošta. Certifikát musí být platný a nesmí být na seznamu zneplatněných certifikátů. Komerční certifikáty mohou být vystavené na právnickou osobu či zaměstnance anebo na fyzickou osobu. - Vyplnění a zaslání registračního formuláře
Registrační formulář je možné stáhnout na internetových stránkách Centrálního depozitáře cenných papírů:

Ve formuláři je nutné vyplnit základní údaje zákazníka včetně identifikace jedné či více osob, které budou přistupovat do ISB (osoby na které je vystaven certifikát). Vyplněný formulář odešlete:
- emitenti na e-mailovou adresu This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- státní orgány společně s podepsanou smlouvou na adresu: Centrální depozitář cenných papír, a.s., Rybná 14, 110 00 Praha 1
Pokud se jedná o registraci pouze na služby v části Informace za úplatu, postačí odeslat na výše uvedenou e-mailovou adresu vyplněnou žádost o registraci a digitální certifikát.
V případě, že předmětem registrace je přístup ke službám v části Důvěrné informace, je nezbytné u právnické osoby (emitenta či administrátora) ověření pravosti podpisu osob oprávněných za ně jednat. Pro případ, že jde o osoby, které nejsou uvedeny v obchodním rejstříku, musí být k žádosti přiložena plná moc pro tyto jiné osoby, prokazující jejich oprávnění požádat centrální depozitář o registraci zákazníka a uživatele v ISB. Pokud zápis v obchodním rejstříku neodpovídá skutečnosti, je povinen prokázat žadatel svoje oprávnění jiným relevantním způsobem. Pro registraci fyzické osoby je nutné předložit platný občanský průkaz nebo pas.
Ve formuláři musí být vyplněno sériové číslo certifikátu pokud není uvedeno je nutné tento komerční certifikát (soubor ve formátu PEM) zaslat společně s vyplněným registračním formulářem na výše zmíněnou e-mailovou adresu. - Registrace a zpřístupnění ISB
Po obdržení vyplněného formuláře s certifikátem, proběhne Vaše zaregistrování v ISB. O registraci budete informováni elektronickou poštou s tím, že můžete začít používat služby ISB.
