Announced Shares in Voting Rights

Shares in voting rights under Section 183d of Law No. 513/1991 Coll., as amended, in the wording valid until 30 April 2004.

Since 1 May 2004 this area has been regulated under Act No. 256/2004 Coll. on Capital Marked Undertakings, as amended. According this Act, shares in voting rights are announced only to the Czech National Bank (ČNB) and to the particular issuer. The register of shares in voting rights is announced in the ČNB web pages.

Opening form

• Company Name - enables to give or order company name or its part
• Company ident.no. (IČ) - enables to give or order company identification number (IČ) or its part

At least one of the fields must be filled in.

Output of service

The result of the service is a list of companies complying with the criteria ordered, and describing the selected issue items while making it possible to feature the details of the company with information about respective shares in voting rights by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.
